October 11, 2003 Generals' Adduono will host radio show Staff reports Greensboro Generals head coach and general manager Rick Adduono will appear on the "Our Town" radio show (WGOS-1070) each week starting Monday. The half-hour "Coaches Corner" will air at 1 p.m. each Monday throughout the season. The show will feature interviews witji Adduono as well as segments with Generals players. The Generals will play in the expanded ECHL's Eastern Conference in the newly aligned Southern Division along with Augusta, Charlotte, Columbia, Florence, Florida, Greenville, Gwinnett, Roanoke and South Carolina. Greensboro will open the year with back-to-back home games. The opener is against the South Carolina Stingrays at 7:30 p.m. Oct. 17. The Generals play the newly formed Texas Wildcatters at 7:30 p.m. Oct. 23. |
