![]() February 18, 2004 GENERALS REPORT Express - 4 Generals - 1 INSIDER Site: Roanoke Civic Center, Roanoke, Va. Why the Generals lost: Greensboro was unable to penetrate the Express defensive zone. Greensboro scored on just one of 34 shots. Express goalie Jason Wolfe held the Generals scoreless for two periods after a goal at the 8:58 mark of the first period. Stars: Roanoke - Bryan Perez: one goal, one assist; Jason Wolfe: 33 saves on 34 shots; Greensboro - Mike Bayrack: one goal. The play: Express newcomer Bryan Perez netted his first goal for the team. On a faceoff, Perez sent the puck past Generals goalie Daniel Berthiaume from the circle.
