Why the Generals won: Left winger Eric Fortier scored the game-tying goal off assists from Bryson Busniuk and Kurt Drummond with 1 minute 50 seconds left in regulation, forcing overtime. After a scoreless overtime - which finished four-on-four after two penalties - the Generals won in a shootout on Drummond's goal for their second victory on the road in two nights.
